We see ourselves as an extension of their team!
We’re on the hunt for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to take charge of the social media presence for 20-25 small businesses. You’ll be working across a variety of industries—from industrial sectors to beauty, lifestyle, and service-based businesses—so being adaptable is key. Plus, a deep understanding of Jewish culture is essential since many of our clients operate in line with Jewish holidays and traditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies: Create comprehensive social media plans that align with marketing objectives and brand voice.

- Analytics and reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
- Campaign management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and cross-promotions, to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
- Trend monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively incorporate them into our strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels.
- Crisis management: Address and manage any social media-related issues or crises in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience: 1-3+ years of experience in social media management.
- Strong knowledge: In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Content creation skills: Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, in-app or similar.
- Analytical mindset: Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Business Suite, or other) and the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication: Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity: A keen eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling.
- Time management: Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is essential for this role. You should be able to spot and correct errors, ensure minute details are implemented across different platforms, and manage multiple tasks with precision. Your ability to meticulously handle social media content and campaigns will be crucial in achieving our goals and maintaining high standards.
